With many unexpected bumps in the road due to reasons outside our control, Katrina remained dedicated to the process and to supporting me in many stressful moments. She was transparent about the realities and willing to pivot when necessary, while remaining positive about the ultimate goal. Katrina is very personable, authentic, and was easy to develop a trusting business relationship with.

She was the real estate agent who helped me to sell my first family home and move into a larger family home. When moving it feels like a lot but Katrina was able to break everything down step-by-step and walked me through each step. My first home was not ready to be put on the market. She helped me to do a few cosmetic fixes, stage the home, and she also provided a professional photographer. My home was sold within one week. I received many offers and she help me to decide which would be the best offer for me. After that time we began viewing new homes. She explained all the do’s and don’ts when it comes to purchasing a new home. She helped me to feel confident in my decision of my new home. This was the best decision that I’ve ever made. Because I was able to sell my home at a good price and still purchase a bigger home at around the same price I was able to save lots of money. Katrina made this process so amazing that I’m even looking and possibly investing in a future home as a rental property. I would recommend her time and time again not only because of her experience but also because of how personable and committed she is to helping her clients understand each process.

She listened to our needs and responded accordingly. Katrina also presented us with opportunities to travel outside of our preconceived geography boundaries and get a bigger home. She was excellent 20 years ago, I can only imagine, she must be better than excellent. You’ll be amazed at her professionalism, she’ll make you feel like you’re her only client.

I didn't feel like I was alone in my decision-making. She offered better rates then my original lender, she has been there for follow-up questions, has helped understand credit reporting and how to improve a credit score. She has assisted in refinancing as well as with potential investment properties. In my opinion, Katrina is a one stop shop.

By the end of the year, I purchased a duplex in Oakland. Katrina was patience with me as we looked at dozens of places. She explained the process and even stuck by me through the Rehab process. She was a God send. I highly recommend her. She will be my Realtor for life. This was not my last purchase.
